Job Summary
Locum Radiation Oncologist needed in Missouri with independent caseload and evening call responsibilities. Responsibilities include treating patients with SRS/SBRT, HDR brachytherapy, IMRT/VMAT/IGRT, electron beam therapy, handling breast, CNS, lung, prostate, and head & neck cases, CT simulation, and 3D conformal planning. Schedule emphasizes Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm and Friday 7am-12pm with weekends off; average ~21 patients per day and ~8 outpatient visits daily. Travel and housing are arranged; malpractice coverage provided; credentialing and privileging streamlined. Competitive hourly compensation from $225-$300 with weekly deposits; all-inclusive rate.
Required Qualifications
- Board-eligible or board-certified Radiation Oncology physician
- Experience with SRS, SBRT, HDR brachytherapy, and stereotactic cases required
- IMRT, VMAT, IGRT, and electron beam therapy experience needed
- Case types include breast, CNS, lung, prostate, head & neck
- CT simulation and 3D conformal planning required
- Ability to manage an independent caseload and provide evening call support Monday-Thursday
- Hospitals and facilities credentialing and privileging support provided
