Greet, seat, and serve orders to all guests while taking remittance as required. Clear dishes, reset tables, and clean chairs, booths, and floors after guests leave. Handle guest complaints professionally, thank guests, and invite them to return. Stock and rotate supplies in service areas and dining rooms as assigned. Execute IHOP Service Guidelines and memorize terminology, menu knowledge, and plating methods. Comply with health, sanitation, safety, and uniform standards. Perform other assignments as directed by management and adhere to IHOP N Go program requirements.
