Job Summary
Conduct 8 hours of daily patient care at an inpatient rehab facility, managing 12–16 patient encounters per shift with 0–2 admissions. Respond to call requests within 30 minutes and round assigned patients, averaging fewer than 3 phone consults. Work a schedule of 2 weeks per month including overnight call. The role serves post-acute care patients recovering from strokes, cardiac events, and accidents.
