Job Summary
Conduct daily patient care for 8 hours in an inpatient rehab facility, managing 12–16 encounters per shift with 0–2 admissions. Round assigned patients and respond to calls within 30 minutes, limiting phone consults to fewer than 3 on average. Provide post-acute care for conditions including strokes, cardiac events, and accidents. Work approximately two weeks per month with overnight call rotation.
