Job Summary
Locum radiologist needed in Florida with in-person assignment in Rochester, NY. 7-day stretches with day, swing, and evening shifts. Imaging duties include X-ray (40%), CT (40%), US (10%), and MRI (10%), with PF, CT, US, and MRI procedures required. Responsibilities encompass inpatient routine, stat, stroke, and urgent cases. Compensation is competitive; paid malpractice insurance and pre-paid travel and housing expenses provided. Assignment details and time entry managed through an online portal. Weatherby Healthcare, a charter member of NALTO, handles placement for physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners. 24-hour access to Weatherby consultant.
Required Qualifications
- Medical license to practice radiology in the state of Florida or eligible for locum tenens
- Board-certified or eligible in Radiology
- Ability to perform inpatient radiology duties and acute imaging procedures
- Experience with X-ray, CT, US, MRI procedures
- Opportunity for telehealth consultations acceptable as part of assignment if applicable
