Job Summary
Conduct 15–20 patient evaluations per shift in an inpatient hospital setting, with 20–25 cases per 24-hour call period. Provide emergency cardiac intervention capabilities and maintain STEMI response readiness. Manage all admissions except STEMI cases, which are handled by the hospitalist. Utilize Epic EMR within a stroke-certified facility. Maintain 5 days of in-house coverage per month, Monday through Friday. Requires stroke certification and NALTO membership.
