Job Summary
Locum tenens Neurologist needed in Biddeford, ME for outpatient Botox injections focusing on migraines. Typical schedule is 8am–5pm, 2 weeks per month, 5 days per week, with 10–14 patients per day. Candidate will work in an outpatient clinic setting, pairing with an existing neurologist and participating in a dedicated Botox injection clinic. Assignment includes paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing expenses, and time entry in an online portal. Weatherby Healthcare provides ongoing support and is a charter member of NALTO. This is a temporary, contract assignment through Weatherby Healthcare.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) or DO required for Neurologist
- Board certification in Neurology preferred
- Locum tenens experience desirable
- Active medical license in ME or ability to obtain one
- Malpractice insurance provided by client/assignment
- Basic life support (BLS) required
- CME allowances may be provided
