Job Summary
Stellenbosch-based full-time Control Centre CCTV Operator responsible for monitoring cameras, promptly identifying security incidents, and dispatching armed response vehicles and EMS or SAPS when necessary. Maintain detailed incident logs and coordinate with security personnel and authorities. Responsibilities include system maintenance of surveillance equipment and alarm systems, documenting activities, and monitoring surveillance to detect threats. Qualifications include PSIRA Grade A and 2+ years CCTV monitoring experience with dispatching; experience with Exocortex and Axis is beneficial. Must reside in the Stellenbosch area or nearby Western Cape communities and be fluent in Afrikaans and English; working hours are 17:00–05:00; candidate must have sober habits.

- Candidate must reside either in the Somerset-West, Strand or in the Stellenbosch area.
- Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in Afrikaans and English.

- Qualifications and Experience
- Candidate must have a minimum of PSIRA grade A security qualification
- The candidate must have 2+ years CCTV monitoring experience with dispatching is needed for this role.
