Job Summary
Conduct upper and lower GI endoscopy, including biopsy, foreign body removal, polyp excision, ERCP diagnostic procedures, esophageal dilatation, and colonoscopy. Provide gastro hospitalist coverage with an inpatient focus between Sacred Heart and Holy Family hospitals. Manage approximately five patients per shift during Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm rotations. Secure ongoing locums assistance opportunities with weekly deposit pay, complimentary housing, and travel arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Upper GI endoscopy with biopsy and foreign body removal
- ERCP diagnostic and esophageal dilatation
- Lower GI endoscopy and colonoscopy with polyp excision
- Gastroenterologist
- Gastro hospitalist role with inpatient focus
