Job Summary

A&G Coordinator responsible for coordinating Appeals and Grievances activities and acting as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate handling of appeals, disputes, and grievance-related communications; supports compliance with internal control procedures, assists the A&G Auditor with audits and recommendations, and collaborates with the FDR vendor and Health Plan to improve processes and maintain regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Prior managed care experience
  • Knowledge of CMS
  • ICD 10 and CPT/HCPCS codes and medical terminology
  • Strong claims, authorizations, and/or appeals workflow processes
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to perform independently
  • Prior experience with healthcare management software
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
