Job Summary
A&G Coordinator responsible for coordinating Appeals and Grievances activities and acting as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate handling of appeals, disputes, and grievance-related communications; supports compliance with internal control procedures, assists the A&G Auditor with audits and recommendations, and collaborates with the FDR vendor and Health Plan to improve processes and maintain regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
- Prior managed care experience
- Knowledge of CMS
- ICD 10 and CPT/HCPCS codes and medical terminology
- Strong claims, authorizations, and/or appeals workflow processes
- Detail-oriented with the ability to perform independently
- Prior experience with healthcare management software
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
