Job Summary
Conduct cutting-edge research in corporate finance and publish in top-tier journals while developing the department's research team and related research centers. Deliver innovative, action-based learning experiences for undergraduate, graduate, and master's programs across Lyon and international campuses. Supervise doctoral students, collaborate on funded projects, and contribute to institutional service including program management and external representation. Required Qualifications
- Holder of the Ph.D. in Finance
- research focusing on corporate finance issues
- Proven publication track record in top-tier journals (e.g., FT list)
- Desire and ability to collaborate with researchers within the department
- Desire and ability to support or to supervise doctoral students
- Desire and ability to collaborate on funded research projects
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to relocate to Lyon or surrounding area
Desired Qualifications
- knowledge of French is a plus but not mandatory
- Interest in pedagogical innovation and contribution to program development
- Capacity for institutional service (program management, curriculum design, external representation)
