Job Summary
Conduct outpatient clinic visits for patients of all ages in a setting serving underserved populations, with a daily caseload of 24 to 28 patients. Work four to five days per week from Monday through Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm, with extended hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays until 8 pm. Support offsite external events located within one to three miles of the clinic. Utilize the Epic EMR system for documentation and manage assignment details and time entry through an online portal. Bilingual Spanish capability is preferred but not required.
