Job Summary
Provide primary care for patients of all ages in an outpatient clinic setting serving underserved populations, managing approximately 24 to 28 patients daily. Conduct visits using Epic EMR and support offsite external events located within 1 to 3 miles of the clinic. Work 4 to 5 days per week, Monday through Saturday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with extended hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays until 8 pm.
