Job Summary
Provide outpatient primary care in a clinic setting serving underserved populations, seeing patients of all ages with an average of 24 to 28 visits daily. Manage care using Epic EMR and support offsite external events located within one to three miles of the clinic. Work four to five days per week, Monday through Saturday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with extended hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays until 8 pm. Bilingual Spanish speakers are preferred but not required.
