Job Summary
Conduct inpatient and outpatient care for acute leukemia and chemotherapy patients, including bone marrow biopsies and post-autologous stem cell transplant and CAR-T cell therapy management. Manage approximately 15 patients per shift during Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a weekly hospital call from Friday 7:30 am to 7:30 am. This role requires both hematology and oncology fellowship experience and is available at a facility in Wisconsin. CompHealth handles all details including credentialing, housing, travel, and malpractice coverage to simplify the locums process.
Required Qualifications
- Bone marrow biopsies required
- Post autologous stem cell transplant patient management required
- Post CAR-T cell therapy patient management required
- Fellowship required -- both hematology and oncology experience needed
