Job Summary
Conduct 50+ critical care inpatient encounters per year in an acute care hospital setting, managing patients with cardiac and medical conditions. Perform procedures including intubation, central lines, and chest tubes while overseeing ventilator management and hemodynamic instability. Handle multi-organ dysfunction cases with support from an on-site night APP. Requires 50+ critical care inpatient encounters in the past 12 months. Shifts run 7 am to 7 pm with potential on-call overnight. Weekly pay deposits, complimentary housing, travel, and malpractice coverage provided. Credentialing and privileging streamlined through our portal.
Required Qualifications
- Inpatient acute care hospital setting
- Patient mix -- mostly cardiac and medical critical care
- Night APP on-site for overnight support
- Procedures required -- intubation, central lines, chest tubes
- Ventilator management and hemodynamic instability experience required
- Management of multi-organ dysfunction required
