Job Summary
Facility in PA seeks a Locums Pediatric Anesthesiologist for an inpatient practice with a mix of pediatric and adult cases. Responsibilities include providing general, regional, and neurosurgical anesthesia; open heart and thoracic cases; epidural procedures; and ongoing coverage. Schedule options include 5 shifts/week (8-hour shifts) or 3 shifts/week (10-hour shifts) across 31 operating rooms. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO or equivalent physician degree
- board-certified or eligible in anesthesiology
- pediatric anesthesia experience preferred
- inpatient anesthesia experience
- ability to cover multiple ORs including pediatric and adult cases
- open heart and thoracic case handling preferred
