Job Summary
Manage telehealth family practice consultations for new consults only, handling 2 to 4 patients per hour during 3-hour shifts. Deliver 10 to 15 minute visits primarily in late afternoon and evening hours until 8 to 9 pm on weekdays, with weekend availability optional. Maintain a minimum of 15 to 20 hours weekly while utilizing a flexible schedule. Submit assignment details and time entry through an online portal. Experience with HRT or TRT is preferred.
