Job Summary
Locum anesthesiologist needed in Boston, MA for day shifts 7:00 am–3:30 pm or 24-hour in-house weekend call. Mix of general, orthopedics, GI, podiatry, plastics, and urology cases with regional blocks strongly preferred. Roughly 8 cases per month; post-call day off provided; OB coverage required if taking call shifts. Ongoing PRN opportunities; paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses. Assignment details and time entry in online portal; Weatherby Healthcare consultant support; charter member of NALTO. From $300–$400 hourly; all-inclusive compensation. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO in anesthesiology
- board certified or eligible in anesthesiology
- locum tenens experience preferred
- ability to cover 24-hour call rotations
- OB coverage if taking call shifts
- regional anesthesia skills preferred
