Manage a call ratio of 50% with second-call backup coverage and maintain 0–2 admissions per shift while overseeing 0–3 average patients on call. Deliver 12–16 patient encounters per shift and adhere to a strict 30-minute call response time. Maintain hospital privileges and complete a 2-week assignment with overnight call duties.
