Job Summary
Conduct pediatric hospitalist coverage on a 24-hour call with a minimum of 9 hours in-house daily. Manage an average census of 3 patients, scaling to 4–11 during respiratory season, while maintaining PALS certification and utilizing LPs for emergency cases only. Provide leave coverage and submit time entry via an online portal. This assignment includes complimentary housing and travel, with weekly deposit of negotiated pay and comprehensive malpractice coverage. Credentialing and privileging are handled by CompHealth, the industry leader in healthcare staffing since 1979.
Required Qualifications
- 24-hour call -- minimum of 9 hours per day in house
- PALS certification required
- LP required for emergency cases only
