Job Summary
Locum Pulmonologist needed for a IN facility. Responsibilities include bronchoscopy and line procedures within a 30-bed open ICU, plus multi-disciplinary rounds and weekend night call on a 7-on/7-off schedule (14 shifts per month). APP support available; hospitalist handles admissions. CompHealth provides credentialing support, housing and travel arrangements, malpractice coverage, and a streamlined privileging process. Time-entry details available via online portal. Requires medical license and appropriate credentialing for assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Pulmonologist with active medical license in good standing
- Locum tenens experience preferred
- Bronchoscopy and line placement experience preferred
- Ability to cover 7am-7pm with weekend night call
- 7 on/7 off schedule with 14 shifts per month
- Open ICU experience preferred
- APP support available
- Credentialing and privileging process familiarity
- Housing, travel, and malpractice coverage arranged by the agency
