Job Summary
Locum Tenens Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician/Perinatologist needed in Dallas, TX for a group practice setting. Responsibilities include cerclage, CVS, and amniocentesis procedures with call coverage from 5pm–8am on weekdays and 24-hour weekend calls. Typical schedule is Monday–Thursday, 9am–4pm and Friday, 9am–1pm, with 1–2 weeks of ongoing monthly coverage. Flexible assignments range from single-day to multi-year engagements. CompHealth arranges housing, travel, and comprehensive malpractice coverage, handles credentialing/privileging, and provides an online portal for assignment details and time entry. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO or equivalent medical degree
- board-certified or board-eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine or perinatology
- valid medical license to practice in Texas or ability to obtain
- locum tenens experience preferred
- DEA license
- malpractice coverage suitability
