Job Summary
Locum radiologist needed to provide remote coverage for all shifts at a facility in Akron, OH. Responsibilities include inpatient routine, stat, and stroke cases with modality mix of CT 40%, XR 45%, US 8%, MR 6%, NM 1%. Must hold hospital privileges or be able to obtain them; paid malpractice insurance, prepaid travel and housing expenses. Assignment details managed through online portal; Weatherby Healthcare consultant available 24/7. Charter member of NALTO. Competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Radiologist license
- Board certification in radiology
- Locum tenens experience (preferred)
- Hospital privileges or ability to obtain privileges
- Ability to interpret imaging modalities including CT, XR, US, MR, NM
- Good communication skills
- Travel and housing arrangement support
