Job Summary
Locum tenens Interventional Radiologist needed for weekday 8 am–5 pm assignments at a facility in Florida, with patient procedures including paracentesis, thoracentesis, abscess drainages, CT biopsies, PET, US, lumbar punctures, barium swallows, breast biopsies, VCUs, hip injections, and arthrograms. Must have port checks and fluoroscopy experience. Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses; online time-entry; Weatherby consultant support; laboratory networks and large healthcare systems experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board-certified or eligible in Radiology
- Interventional Radiology fellowship training
- Current medical license in good standing
- Ability to perform interventional procedures listed (paracentesis, thoracentesis, CT biopsies, breast biopsies, VCUs, hip injections, arthrograms, port checks, fluoroscopy)
- Credentialing and malpractice coverage requirements
