Job Summary
Locum tenens Psychiatrist needed for an outpatient telehealth practice in California. Part-time role with scheduling 8am–5pm PST. Patient mix 70% adult, 30% pediatric. Intake appointments 30–45 minutes; follow-ups 15–20 minutes. Telemedicine experience preferred. Assignment includes 6 months with potential extension; malpractice insurance provided and travel/housing expenses prepaid. All duties executed via online portal; Weatherby consultant support and ongoing guidance through a Charter member of NALTO. Hourly compensation ranges from $185–$220.
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in CA and a second state license
- Telemedicine/telehealth experience preferred
- Minimum 2 active state licenses required
- 6-month assignment with option to extend
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
