Conduct in-house anesthesiology coverage averaging a 1:10 call ratio, supported by a CRNA on the call team. Manage patient care across hospital and ASC sites with a community generalist case mix including general surgery, OB, and orthopedics. Handle approximately 175 OB deliveries monthly and care for healthy pediatric patients over one year of age. Avoid cardiac, thoracic, neuro, or spine cases.
