Job Summary
Manage urgent care or primary care outpatient shifts from 5 am to 11 pm PST, including weekends and holidays, with 3 to 6 patients scheduled per hour. Provide care for all ages, from newborns through adults, while maintaining hospital privileges and board certification in ABMS or AOA. Submit assignment details and time entry through an online portal. This locum tenens role offers paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing, and 24-hour access to a Weatherby Healthcare consultant. Hourly compensation ranges from $120.00 to $145.00, combining base pay with overtime, call, and holiday earnings.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years post-residency experience in urgent care or primary care
- Hospital privileges
- Board certification -- ABMS or AOA
- Charter member of NALTO
- Must be available for weekend shifts every other weekend
- Must work shifts from 5 am - 11 pm PST
- Must work holidays
