Job Summary
Conduct urgent care or primary care outpatient services for newborn through adult populations in a CA facility, managing 3-6 patients per hour across shifts from 5 am to 11 pm PST including weekend rotations. Provide care for all ages while maintaining hospital privileges and ABMS or AOA board certification. Submit assignment details and time entry via the online portal with 24-hour access to a Weatherby Healthcare consultant. Earn competitive hourly compensation ranging from $120 to $145, which includes base pay, overtime, call, and holiday pay, alongside paid malpractice insurance and pre-paid travel and housing expenses.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years post-residency experience in urgent care or primary care
- Hospital privileges
- Board certification -- ABMS or AOA
- Charter member of NALTO
- Must be available for weekend shifts every other weekend
- Must be available for shifts 5 am - 11 pm PST
- Must be available for holidays
