Job Summary
Manage urgent care or primary care outpatient shifts from 5 am to 11 pm PST, including weekend rotations every other weekend, with 3 to 6 patients scheduled per hour. Provide care for newborn through adult populations in a CA facility while maintaining hospital privileges and ABMS or AOA board certification. Complete assignment details and time entry via an online portal. Earn competitive hourly compensation ranging from $120 to $145, which includes base pay, overtime, call, and holiday pay, alongside paid malpractice insurance and pre-paid travel and housing expenses. Access a Weatherby consultant 24 hours a day for support.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years post-residency experience in urgent care or primary care
- Hospital privileges
- Board certification -- ABMS or AOA
- Charter member of NALTO
- Must be available for weekend shifts every other weekend
- Must be available for shifts 5 am - 11 pm PST
- Must be available for holidays
