Job Summary
Manage urgent care or primary care outpatient shifts covering newborn through adult populations, with 3 to 6 patients scheduled per hour. Provide care across all ages in a CA facility, including weekend shifts every other weekend from 5 am to 11 pm PST. Maintain hospital privileges and hold ABMS or AOA board certification, with a minimum of 3 years post-residency experience. Work 32 hours weekly with paid malpractice insurance and pre-paid travel and housing expenses. Earn competitive hourly compensation ranging from $120 to $145, combining base pay with overtime, call, and holiday earnings. Access 24-hour support from a Weatherby Healthcare consultant for assignment details and time entry.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years post-residency experience in urgent care or primary care
- Hospital privileges
- Board certification -- ABMS or AOA
