Job Summary
Conduct urgent care or primary care outpatient services for newborn through adult populations in a CA facility, managing 3 to 6 patients per hour across shifts running 5 am to 11 pm PST including weekend rotations. Provide care for all ages while maintaining hospital privileges and ABMS or AOA board certification. Work a modified full-time schedule of 32 hours weekly with paid malpractice insurance and pre-paid travel and housing expenses. Earn competitive hourly compensation ranging from $120 to $145, inclusive of overtime, call, and holiday pay. Access 24-hour support from a Weatherby Healthcare consultant and submit assignment details via the online portal.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years post-residency experience in urgent care or primary care
- Hospital privileges
- Board certification -- ABMS or AOA
- Shifts available 5 am - 11 pm PST, holidays required
- Modified Full Time -- 32 hours/week including weekend shifts every other weekend
