Job Summary
The A/E Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing and tracking all Architectural and Engineering contract data and deliverables, including producing invoices and processing payments for subcontractors. The role requires strong administrative support, contract compliance management, and project invoicing capabilities. Essential qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or marketing, along with extensive experience in administrative contract and project support, particularly in detailed invoicing. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat is required, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years administrative contract and project support
- 3+ years detailed invoicing/billing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills
- Proficient with Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to think analytically
- Good math skills
Desired Qualifications
- Governance contracting and FAR experience
- AEC environment experience
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
