Job Summary
Provide technical support to customers in Taiwan focusing on Kalrez® parts, collaborating with sales to identify and capture new development opportunities, supporting material/application technology development, and driving or supporting the launch of new technology within the global COE network. Responsibilities include resolving customer problems with Kalrez® parts, maintaining strong relationships with strategic customers, supplying technical information to the sales team, creating/modifying application test equipment, conducting laboratory testing and generating technical data, evaluating competitive products, and delivering seminars to customers and distributors. The role requires traveling around 25%, learning industry trends, and engaging with institutes and technical resources to advance Kalrez® applications.
Required Qualifications
- Material Science, or Chemical or Mechanical engineering background
- Over 4 years of experience as technical engineer
- Customer interface experience
- Broad technical interests for diversified market and application
- Semicon, display or electronics industry experience is highly preferred but not limited
- Team player with networking skill
- Strong interpersonal skills and ease of internal and external interaction in a diverse environment
- Strong communication skills for day-to-day job and interaction with external and internal customers and suppliers
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to travel (~25%)
- Compliant with safety guidelines, business ethics and internal control processes
- Language: Chinese, English
