Job Summary
Conduct outpatient endocrinology visits with 45-minute new patient and 30-minute follow-up slots. Perform thyroid ultrasound and biopsies on a general endocrine patient population. Maintain clinic hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm weekdays with a call schedule of one in three weeks weekdays and one in six weekends, utilizing 99% phone contact. This locums assignment requires outpatient endocrinology experience and is managed by a dedicated recruiter who handles credentialing, privileging, housing, travel, and malpractice coverage. Pay ranges from $190 to $230 hourly, all-inclusive.
