Job Summary
Provide family practice physician services in a team-based collaborative care environment for patients aged 13 and up. Manage a caseload of 16 to 18 patients daily while adhering to a Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm schedule with no call requirements. Maintain hospital privileges and complete credentialing through the agency's streamlined process. Assignments typically last 3 to 6 months. Compensation ranges from $120.00 to $145.00 hourly, paid weekly and including overtime and holiday pay.
