Conduct in-house anesthesiology coverage at both hospital and ASC sites, managing generalist case mixes including general surgery, ortho, urology, and OB with approximately 175 deliveries monthly. Avoid cardiac, thoracic, neuro, or spine cases while maintaining a Monday through Friday schedule from 7 am to 3 pm with an average call ratio of 1:10 supported by a CRNA.
