Job Summary
Service, diagnose, and repair residential air conditioning systems while quoting repairs, replacements, and new installations. Carry out electrical work including A/C-related wiring, circuits, and compliance checks, and assist with general residential electrical service when A/C work is quieter. Help homeowners understand their options clearly, maintain accurate job notes and records, and complete every job to a high standard with strong attention to detail. Work closely with dispatch and management teams to build and improve A/C processes as the division grows.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an Air Conditioning Technician
- Current NSW Electrical Licence
- Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Valid driver's licence
- Ability to work independently and manage jobs properly
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with residential split systems and ducted systems
- Ability to quote work confidently and explain options to homeowners
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A clean and professional approach in customers' homes
- A positive attitude and willingness to help grow the A/C side of the business
- Experience in residential service, quoting, sales or premium customer service work
