A Before and/or After School Site Supervisor (Starkey Elementary) - Pinellas/Pasco School Age Programs

Oversee daily operations of a YMCA School-Age Program site at Starkey Elementary in Seminole, FL, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment. Design and implement lesson plans focused on social-emotional learning, academic support, and enrichment; monitor program quality and licensing compliance; maintain records for children, staff, and volunteers. Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate program staff and volunteers; lead weekly planning meetings and align with YMCA values. Build positive relationships with families, school staff, and community; represent the YMCA at school functions and in the local community; coordinate with other YMCA programs. Assist in budget preparation, monitor site finances and expenses, manage fee collection, and support fundraising efforts including the Annual Campaign and events. Ensure child protection and safe practices, handle emergencies, and maintain clean, hazard-free spaces. Uphold YMCA leadership competencies in inclusion, relationships, decision making, finance, project management, and emotional maturity. Qualifications include a HS diploma or equivalent (preferred higher degrees), 2+ years in childcare/supervision, CPR/AED and First Aid within 90 days, MODS training within 12 months, and SMIC eligibility; Florida Director Credential preferred.
