Job Summary
A & B Service Technician- Courtesy Toyota of Brandon: Perform general repairs and diagnosis on customer vehicles (light engine work, transmissions, clutches, drive shafts, electrical, HVAC, steering and suspension). Complete multi-point inspections, document work on repair orders, and communicate with the service advisor about additional work or time constraints. Maintain technician proficiency, conduct road tests when needed, and complete warranty repair order documentation. Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training to stay current with new technology and maintain CSI benchmarks. Must have basic tools, be a team player, and meet age and licensing requirements; ASE/manufacturer certifications are highly preferred and prior automotive technician experience is required.
