Job Summary

Operate, monitor, test, and maintain all process equipment and safety devices from the wellhead to the sales line while managing facility equipment, quarters, and activities including good housekeeping, parts storage, and record keeping. Monitor performance of personnel, wells, and production equipment to maximize recovery; calculate daily rates, complete well testing, and report production information. Interpret gas meter charts and liquid volume calculations per AGA No.3 and ASTM standards. Ensure compliance with BSEE and USCG safety regulations by conducting weekly/monthly safety meetings, emergency evacuation planning, and maintaining safety shutdown system records. Work a 7x7 schedule at a terminal in Mobile Bay, AL, with no sponsorship available. Requires 2-4 years of offshore production operating experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience required in offshore production operating
  • Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required
  • 5+ years' experience in offshore oil and gas production preferred with at least 2-5 years deepwater experience preferred

Desired Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
