Job Summary
Diagnose, maintain, and repair Toyota vehicles by performing engine, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, cooling system, and drivetrain repairs. Use factory diagnostic equipment to address electrical, drivability, and performance concerns while conducting scheduled maintenance and multi-point inspections. Accurately document repair recommendations, communicate findings with Service Advisors, and maintain productivity while adhering to safety procedures and manufacturer standards. Stay current on technical training and warranty policies while assisting teammates in a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Toyota dealership experience
- ASE Certifications
- willingness to obtain ASE Certifications
- Toyota certifications
- Ability to perform repairs independently with minimal supervision
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced dealership
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
