Job Summary
Teach four sections of 9th grade and two sections of 10th grade Next Prep using the provided curriculum with fidelity; maintain up-to-date student data and grades; mentor students through weekly Circle sessions; coordinate employer-site visits and professional-skills simulations; participate in professional development and weekly planning; contribute to school-wide leadership roles and family partnerships; on-site role at Kairos Academies in St. Louis, MO, with a Monday–Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of teaching experience in Title I schools
- Experience with diverse age groups
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
