Job Summary
Provide empathetic, culturally sensitive care and build rapport with help seekers; conduct follow-up calls for high suicide risk or ideation; deliver suicide risk assessments, de-escalation, emotional support, and collaborative safety planning; offer referrals and assist in navigating mental health resources; communicate with providers to facilitate service linkage; maintain and update local referral databases; document interactions per program guidelines; support crisis calls and meet KPI standards; mentor new Crisis Specialists during onboarding; maintain time records via Paycom; flexible schedule with partial remote work after training; required education includes high school diploma and crisis hotline training; bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable.

- Completion of Buckelew Crisis Hotline Counseling Training required for continued employment
