Job Summary
Greet all guests with warmth and professionalism, proactively acknowledging needs and assisting with door openings or support. Manage reservations accurately, record guest information, and ensure fair, efficient seating flow. Guide guests to tables, provide menus, and verify place settings are clean and ready. Assist with bussing, resetting tables, refilling beverages, and maintaining host stand cleanliness. Answer incoming calls promptly with accurate restaurant and hotel information. Check menus for accuracy, maintain seating charts, and coordinate group reservations with the Large Party Coordinator. Support restaurant team members to ensure smooth operations and adhere to all safety, sanitation, and security policies. Maintain guest confidentiality and remain composed in a fast-paced environment while embodying Hotel Drover's core values. Flexible schedule required for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle guest concerns diplomatically

Desired Qualifications
- Previous host/hostess experience in a full-service restaurant or luxury hospitality environment
- Familiarity with reservation management systems (OpenTable experience preferred)
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong knowledge of the City of Fort Worth and other parts of the DFW metropolitan area
