Job Summary
Oversee staff development and clinical education initiatives; lead infection prevention and infection control programs; coordinate nursing schedules; ensure regulatory compliance; support onboarding, orientation, and ongoing competency training; maintain documentation and reporting; collaborate with nursing leadership and enterprise clinical teams to improve systems and accountability; assist with survey preparedness and regulatory compliance efforts; participate in interdisciplinary leadership meetings and educational forums; contribute to staffing stabilization and culture development. Requires active California LVN license, prior DSD experience, and IP certification strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active California LVN license required
- Prior skilled nursing facility experience required
- Prior Director of Staff Development (DSD) experience required
- Infection Preventionist (IP) certification strongly preferred
