Job Summary
Develop and grow relationships with senior living communities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living operators, and other post-acute providers across the Washington, DC region. Execute territory growth strategies to drive new business development and partnership expansion; serve as primary point of contact for referral sources, facility leadership, and operational stakeholders. Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, facility tours, and networking activities to generate new opportunities. Partner with clinical and operational teams to support onboarding and ongoing account success; maintain pipeline activity and market intelligence within CRM; represent the organization at industry events and conferences; stay informed on trends in value-based care and post-acute services to position services effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare business development, B2B sales, or healthcare marketing
- Background working within post-acute care, senior living, skilled nursing, hospice, home health, or related healthcare sectors
- Proven track record of territory growth and achieving sales goals
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Ability to engage both facility-level and executive-level decision makers
- Comfortable in a field-based role with regular travel throughout DC
- Experience utilizing CRM systems and standard business productivity tools
