Job Summary
Executive Director with hospice operations oversight in Philadelphia, PA. Lead overall hospice operations, ensure regulatory compliance, drive budgeting and financial performance, supervise clinical and administrative staff, ensure staffing and education, evaluate services with measurable outcomes, manage patient admissions/discharges/transfers, coordinate with vendors and leadership, maintain ethical practices, and provide performance updates to the Governing Body.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of healthcare management or hospice leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Medicare Hospice Certification and hospice regulations
- Proven ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel
- Understanding of hospice care and interdisciplinary service delivery
- Experience managing operational budgets and organizational performance
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
