Job Summary
Develop and grow relationships with senior living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and other post-acute providers across Massachusetts. Execute territory growth strategies to drive new business development and partnership expansion. Serve as the primary contact for referral sources, facility leadership, and operational stakeholders. Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, facility tours, and networking activities to generate new business opportunities. Partner with clinical and operational teams to support onboarding and ongoing account success. Maintain accurate pipeline activity, account tracking, and market intelligence within CRM systems. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Stay informed on trends within value-based care, post-acute services, and senior living to effectively position services in the market.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare business development, B2B sales, or healthcare marketing
- Background working within post-acute care, senior living, skilled nursing, hospice, home health, or related healthcare sectors
- Proven track record of territory growth and achieving sales goals
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Ability to engage both facility-level and executive-level decision makers
- Comfortable in a field-based role with regular travel throughout Massachusetts
- Experience utilizing CRM systems and standard business productivity tools
