Collaborate with executive leadership and operations to align sales goals with operational performance; develop and strengthen relationships with regional referral partners, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Support community marketing initiatives, sales training programs, and best practices to drive occupancy growth and revenue.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in senior living sales leadership
